About the role
The Manufacturing Production Associate is responsible for executing production tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce goods
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality control
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it running efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery and operation
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
