We are a successful custom automotive manufacturing company located in Solon, Ohio, specializing in high-quality auto custom materials. We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associate employees to support our production operations and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities

• Support Machine Operators in the production process
• Contribute to the smooth operation of production lines
• Participate in cross-training programs for potential advancement into Machine Operator roles

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience is a plus; training provided
• Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Strong focus on quality and safety
• Basic math and arithmetic skills required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must pass a drug screen and background check

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
• 2ND Shift: 4:30 PM- 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
• Occasional Friday overtime as needed to meet customer demands
