Manufacturing Production Associate - Aragon

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to pour liquid polyurethane materials into molds
• Measure and add pigments according to production specifications
• Demold cured products safely and efficiently
• Set up and arrange molds on production tables and in ovens
• Follow production schedules, SKUs, and color guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic math skills
• Basic hand-tool knowledge
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read and understand SKUs, colors, and production schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a warm/hot manufacturing environment
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, and proper attire)
