Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer - Memphis, TN

Location: Memphis, TN • Direct Hire • $90,000 - $100,000 / yr + bonus + benefits

Responsibilities

• Drive projects throughout the value stream
• Work with teams and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other engineers to develop requirements and recommendations for large, complex processes and systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles
• Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC operations, and machine programming
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
• Comfortable working on the production floor rather than behind a desk
• Strong collaboration, time-management, and communication skills
