About the role

Bring your experience in process improvement and help make a change at a collaborative company. We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer who is engaged, structured, a good communicator, and has experience with CNC and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects throughout the value stream
• Work with teams and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Work with other engineers to develop requirements and recommendations for large, complex processes and systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles
• Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC experience, and machine programming
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Preference for working on the production floor rather than behind a desk
• Proven skills in collaboration, time management, and excellent communication

Pay

$90,000 - $100,000 per year + bonus + benefits
