Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer - Hernando, MS

Location: Hernando, MS (Memphis, TN area). Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive projects throughout the value stream.
• Work with teams and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other engineers to develop requirements and recommendations for large, complex processes and systems.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
• Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC operation, and machine programming.
• Familiarity with process‑improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Comfort working on the production floor rather than behind a desk.
• Proven collaboration, time‑management, and excellent communication skills.
