Manufacturing Plant Technician - Full-Time

About the Role

As a Plant Technician, you will support manufacturing operations by operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed equipment to ensure smooth production flow, quality, and safety. Opportunities for growth include expanding into electrical, quality assurance, safety, and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Run converting and packing machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Control processes via computer systems
• Maintain accurate records

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to communicate in English
• Comfortable working around high-speed equipment and in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Use hand and power tools
• Work on ladders or in confined spaces

Schedule

Work may include weekends and rotating shifts, with hours ranging from 8 to 12 per day.

Pay

Starting pay is $26.72 per hour.
