Manufacturing Plant Technician

About the Role

We are seeking Plant Technicians to maintain and operate advanced manufacturing equipment, ensuring smooth production and high-quality output. This entry-level role involves running high-speed converting and packing machinery, controlling processes via computer, and performing preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and clean automated equipment
• Control production processes and monitor quality
• Record data accurately and troubleshoot technical issues
• Handle material movement using equipment like forklifts and hand trucks
• Participate in safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, use hand/power tools, and work in confined spaces
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Pay

Starting pay is $26.20 per hour.
