Manufacturing Plant Technician

About the role

As a Plant Technician, you will support manufacturing operations by operating high-speed equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and controlling processes via computer systems. You will work on a team responsible for maintaining production flow, meeting quality standards, and achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Running and maintaining automated equipment
• Controlling manufacturing processes
• Keeping accurate records and data
• Operating material handling tools like forklifts
• Participating in safety, quality assurance, and maintenance activities

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Experience operating and maintaining automated machinery
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, work around high-speed equipment, and handle tools
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime

Pay

Starting pay is $26.72 per hour.

Schedule

The work schedule includes shifts of 8-12 hours, with rotation flexibility.
