Manufacturing Plant Technician

About the Role

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow and high product quality. This role involves running high-speed converting and packing machinery, performing preventive maintenance, controlling processes via computer, and maintaining accurate records. You will work on team-driven tasks, influence production quality, and receive mentorship and training.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Effective communication in English
• Ability to operate automated equipment
• Strong record-keeping, technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Use hand and power tools
• Climb, stand for extended periods, and enter confined spaces
• Work in fast-paced environments
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed

Pay

Starting at $26.20 per hour, with total rewards including salary, bonus, and benefits.

Employment is contingent on legal work authorization. Relocation is generally not covered.
