Manufacturing Plant Laborer

About the role

The Manufacturing Plant Laborer will perform a variety of labor tasks including but not limited to material handling, building and property upkeep, maintenance, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

- Adaptability to different labor processes and methods - Efficient and safety-minded - Consistent punctuality to the work schedule - Willingness to follow directions and protocols - Compliance with safety procedures and standards - Effective teamwork and collaboration - Ability to perform medium to heavy work, lifting up to 50 lbs frequently - Ability to lift over 50 lbs when necessary - On-the-job training - Meeting physical and background check requirements

- Full-time position – non-exempt (eligible for overtime)
