Manufacturing Plant Accountant (1144781)

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for corporate ledgers utilizing our ERP system.
• Prepare journal entries as part of the monthly close process.
• Develop timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis for plant.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans for the business.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and work with external auditors as needed.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities for corporate and each of the US-based facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or similar field
• 5 years of experience in accounting field
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or accounting firm
• Experience in a large accounting firm preferred
• CPA preferred
• Experience with ERP systems a must – experience with Plex is preferred
