Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e. supply chain management, mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering, etc.)
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement or other relevant area
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
- Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms

Responsibilities
The role of Manufacturing Planning Associate Manager will be the responsible first-line leader for the Moorestown Operations Commodity Planning & Production Control teams, whose responsibilities include:
- Commodity Planning (Buy-Order Planning, ROP, Chemical Management, MMAS, Tool Crib Administration, for example)
- Production Control (Make-Order Planning)
In addition to leading these teams, the manager will work closely with other operations managers responsible for Warehouse Operations, Stockroom Operations, Inventory Control, Master Scheduling, and Factory Operations, to ensure timely execution of and material control for numerous radar & launcher programs in the Moorestown Factory.
