About the role

The Manufacturing Planner Associate will support the Manufacturing Planning team responsible for Make, Buy, and Bill of Material (BOM) planning, inventory optimization, and ensuring smooth material flow across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Execute Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) activities
• Cook up and adjust MRP parameters, lead times, and lot sizes
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations Management, and Engineering to align material availability with demand
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize material flow to minimize cost
• Provide shop-floor control, status updates, and schedule adjustments as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business
