Manufacturing Operator - Sheeter

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate paper sheeting equipment.
• Keep machine running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.
• Previous manufacturing experience (a plus).
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment (a plus).

Pay

$18.00 per hour (competitive pay with overtime opportunities).

Schedule

First (Day) shift, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (full‑time).
