Manufacturing Operator - Processing - 3rd Shift

This position works out of our Altavista, VA location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Responsibilities

• Safe manufacturing of our industry-leading adult, pediatric, and medical nutritional products
• Weighing, handling, and dispensing of ingredients
• Receiving and unloading bulk ingredients and chemicals
• Operating computer-controlled processing equipment
• Completing work order documentation
• Performing quality checks
• Cleaning equipment and production environment
• Troubleshooting equipment issues

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

Pay

The base pay for this position is $19.05 – $38.15 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
