Responsibilities

• Performing daily production operations while following all applicable safety, quality and manufacturing procedures; completing work in a timely manner while maintaining excellent standards.
• Operating multiple machines simultaneously.
• Daily communication with Engineering teams, planners, Sales and Management on a level necessary to allow closed-loop communication of assembly and scheduling issues.
• Inspection of purchased parts, components and equipment.
• Working effectively in a multi-team environment; communicating with sales, planning, engineering and management teams regarding assembly and scheduling issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, customer service (retail, food service, etc.), clerical, technical, and/or mechanical.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety and Environmental policies to ensure compliance.
• Ability to operate material moving equipment and/or obtain necessary certification.
• Ability to work with small parts and read fine text.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
