Manufacturing Operator
About the role
We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Sparks, GA. Come create chemistry with us!
Responsibilities
- Measure and batch raw materials to ensure product quality.
- Safely operate batching equipment.
- Comply with all regulations.
- Maintain batch records.
- Complete daily checklists.
- Update shift activity boards.
- Operate processing equipment in compliance with company training and all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Adhere to safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
Requirements
- Earned a HS Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing facility or have work skills that may transfer to a Manufacturing environment.
- Open to a 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
- Can perform physical activities such as bending and climbing stairs.
- Willing to wear necessary Personal Protection Equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

$18 per hour, with shift differential for night shifts.
Schedule
14 out of 28 days in 12-hour rotating shifts.
