Manufacturing Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Sparks, GA. Come create chemistry with us!

Responsibilities

• Measure and batch raw materials to ensure product quality.
• Safely operate batching equipment.
• Comply with all regulations.
• Maintain batch records.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Update shift activity boards.
• Operate processing equipment in compliance with company training and all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in safety meetings.

Requirements

• Earned a HS Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing facility or have work skills that may transfer to a Manufacturing environment.
• Open to a 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Can perform physical activities such as bending and climbing stairs.
• Willing to wear necessary Personal Protection Equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

$18 per hour, with shift differential for night shifts.

Schedule

14 out of 28 days in 12-hour rotating shifts.
