Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages employees of high performance process team(s) to meet and exceed production commitments and process development plans.
• Manages multiple Fab and Test production lines for optimum throughput while promoting safe working practices and quality of product.
• Communicates and works closely with a peer supervisor group and other representatives from the manufacturing support teams on cross-functional projects.
• Provides leadership to the team and facilitates the development and implementation of training plans and strategies to meet business commitments.
• Facilitates continuous learning and process improvement.
• Responsible for team(s) typically consisting of 10-25 persons working in cleanroom and ESD environments.
• Trains team members on operating processes and procedures.
• Works 12-hour Alternative Work Schedules, including potential Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of overall manufacturing experience, including 2 years in a team lead or people management role.
• Associate degree or equivalent related work experience preferred.
• Solid communication, basic project management, and proficient people management skills required.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,300 - $112,500. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity award agreements.
