Manufacturing Operations Manager - Heavy Industrial

Location: Charleston, SC. Relocation assistance available.

Pay

$120,000 to $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Drive Control Plans, Standard Work, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for stable, repeatable processes.
• Translate the business plan into manufacturing initiatives and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3+ years of technical problem-solving experience.
• Experience developing front-line leaders.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree.
• Lean or Six Sigma background.
