Manufacturing Operations Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day manufacturing operations
• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production employees
• Promote a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment
• Schedule production to maximize efficiency while meeting customer delivery deadlines
• Ensure customer orders are manufactured accurately, on time, and meet Solaro's quality standards
• Maintain inventory levels to support uninterrupted production
• Cook up and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Perform or coordinate preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, production, and equipment issues
• Maintain production equipment, tools, and machinery in excellent working conditions
• Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing facility
• Monitor production performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Work closely with engineering, technical support, and management to implement new products and improve existing manufacturing processes
• Cook up shipping activities to ensure products are packaged and shipped accurately and on schedule
• Aid management in planning future production capacity and equipment needs
