Manufacturing Operations Manager
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee daily operations to meet production goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage staff and resources to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve plant performance.
Educational and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations management.
- Experience managing a team of operators and supervisors.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma.
Special Skills and Physical Requirements
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical ability to perform in a manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
