About the role
The Operations Manager will plan, develop, and lead a team within the Framebridge manufacturing business to excel in the areas of safety, quality, and customer deliveries. They will develop consistent assembly and material flow processes, ensuring high levels of safety, quality yields, and deliveries based on customer order dates. The role involves holding the highest levels of communication across the organization and on the floor to ensure the business performs at the highest levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and install consistent assembly and material flow processes within their areas of responsibility.
- Drive improvement in processes through Lean/Kaizen events that lead to improved performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Provide performance feedback and development plans for members of your team.
- Lead an environment driven to achieve business results.
- Ensure your team is trained and skilled across processes for each job on the team.
- Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and ownership.
- Possess a winning-attitude, focused on attaining results through people and process development.
- Accept continuous improvement as a value of the organization and be responsible for identifying performance.
- Lead through a respect for people.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or Engineering.
- Expertise in leading in a manufacturing operation.
- 5+ years within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in delivering performance management feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement activities.

Pay
The base range is $108K – $114K, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location. Framebridge, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role at the time of posting. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
