You Are Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree & majoring in Industrial Management, Industrial Technology, Operational Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical EngineeringMinimum GPA of 3.0 Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028During the internship period, you will be residing within a commutable distance of our Pineville, LA manufacturing locationEligible to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, & will not require employer sponsorship after graduation What You’ll Receive Detailed work plan, including a defined project and additional day-to-day responsibilitiesA mentor and buddy to provide support and guidance throughout the summer15+ hours of formal Professional Development activitiesExtensive networking with leadersExposure through job shadowing & participation in leadership meetingsSocial Activities (it’s summer after all!)
