Manufacturing Engineering Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Capewell Aerial Systems – South Windsor, CT

Responsibilities

• Gain firsthand experience with the challenges of the aerospace industry and manufacturing engineering, while contributing to meaningful business improvements.
• Complete operational tasks and project-based work.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Work cooperatively with other employees to meet department and company goals.
• Present your work and learning outcomes to management at the end of the internship.
• This internship also serves as a gateway to full-time employment; we’re looking for students who are excited about continuing their journey with us after graduation.
• Full-time employment is not guaranteed and will depend on individual performance during the internship as well as the company’s evolving business needs.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors or management to support departmental and organizational objectives.
• This position requires personal protective equipment on the shop floor where all require safety glasses and composite toe safety shoes.
