Manufacturing Operations Coordinator - Chip & Wire Assembly - Request #37361133

About the role

This position is 100% onsite at Keysight located at 1900 Garden of the Gods Road; Colorado Springs, CO 80907. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, a second shift position from 2:30 PM - 11 PM (MST). Training will take place on first shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned production jobs safely and on schedule
• Perform die attach and wire bonding assembly processes
• Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect microelectronic components
• Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance
• Identify and report process, material, or quality issues
• Escalate questions or concerns to trainers, technicians, or engineers
• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
• Accurately log job data and production updates into computer systems
• Follow cleanroom and ESD procedures
• Support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable with strong attendance
• Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to handle very small, delicate parts (steady hands required)
• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, systems)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a professional work ethic

Qualifications

• Experience with die attach, wire bonding, or microelectronics assembly
• Cleanroom experience
• ESD knowledge or certification
• Experience operating automated production equipment
