We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support our Chip & Wire Assembly team. This role involves precision micro-assembly work on very small components in a cleanroom environment, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and steady hands.

About the role

This position supports both Die Attach and Wire Bonding operations, performing assembly and inspection under a microscope while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned production jobs safely and on schedule
  • Perform die attach and wire bonding assembly processes
  • Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect microelectronic components
  • Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance
  • Identify and report process, material, or quality issues
  • Escalate questions or concerns to trainers, technicians, or engineers
  • Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
  • Accurately log job data and production updates into computer systems
  • Follow cleanroom and ESD procedures
  • Support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable with strong attendance
  • Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to handle very small, delicate parts (steady hands required)
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, email, systems)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a professional work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with die attach, wire bonding, or microelectronics assembly
  • Cleanroom experience
  • ESD knowledge or certification
  • Experience operating automated production equipment

Work Environment

  • Cleanroom setting
  • Microscope-based work for extended periods
  • Handling of very small components
  • Use of specialized production equipment

Schedule

First shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Second shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay

$19.50/hour – $26.00/hour (W-2)
