Responsibilities

• Conduct enhanced security screenings to ensure hiring integrity.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to implement and maintain security protocols.
• Support background checks and reference verifications.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience in security screening or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., criminal justice, human resources, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
