Responsibilities

• Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others, mobilizing resources effectively.
• Manage two or more direct reports, overseeing operational and financial results for the area of responsibility.
• Handle people management tasks such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to meet short-term challenges.
• Analyze diverse situations and data, considering various factors and disciplines.
• Solve problems within operational policies, understanding broader departmental impacts.
• Act as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements, and budgets.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational and scheduling issues.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions or customer complaints.
• Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions as required.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent + 15 years of related experience, or MA + 13 years of related experience.

Pay

Pay Range: $117,100 - $156,200
