As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be a critical leader ensuring our globally recognized products are produced to the highest standards, with exposure to Process Engineering, Converting & Packaging, Control Systems, and comprehensive Project Management. While the majority of our entry-level roles are available as of 2027, P&G has numerous immediate full-time openings due to a significant increase in production demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification and elimination of losses, design and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, improve OEE, and enhance product quality using data analytics.
- Lead development of web-processing and equipment solutions, champion 3D modeling and mechatronics, and drive optimization of packaging lines for efficiency and cost.
- Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced automation, control networks, robotics, and industrial software solutions, including managing site electrical systems, facilities upgrades, warehouse automation (e.g., AGVs, automated racking), and driving utility and logistics projects.
- Lead capital projects (typically $2M+) from concept to handoff, managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
- Drive HS&E and Quality standards, build long-term capability by coaching teams, and lead adoption of digital solutions, robotics, and control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial & Systems, Manufacturing, Operations Management).
- 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience, academic projects count).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, develop comprehensive technical solutions, and interpret data to drive decisions.
- A strong technical curiosity and understanding to proactively develop new approaches to complex problems.
- A strong desire and demonstrated capability to lead projects, manage timelines/budgets, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders (from operators to senior management).
- Ability to quickly embrace and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule and cost.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to make a tangible impact.

- Ability to travel 10-25% as business needs dictate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with project management tools and concepts.
- Strong understanding of controls, automation, robotics, or industrial networks.
- Specific experience in Electrical Engineering, including facilities electrical distribution systems, PLCs, drives, operator interfaces, and network architectures.
- Proven expertise in Process, Converting/Packaging, or Control Systems Engineering.

$85,000.00 - $122,200.00 / year
