Manufacturing Manager – Aerospace

Role: Manufacturing Manager overseeing aerospace casting and machining operations in a high-precision environment. Responsibilities Lead production teams, manage schedules, and allocate resources to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery of turbine and airframe components.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement lean manufacturing practices, and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and customer requirements.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to develop talent, standardize processes, and support cross-plant projects.
