Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer / Aircraft Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage production nonconformities (NCs), including rework, concessions, scrap, and corrective actions.
- Create and maintain SAP records (S03, S99, folio transfers) and production documentation.
- Review and update Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), Routine Verification Plans (RVPs), and Quality Log Book (QLB) entries.
- Provide technical support to Production and Quality teams, including engineering drawings, part numbers, processes, tooling, and manufacturing specifications.
- Monitor aircraft open points, coordinate cross-functional action plans, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Lead Pre-Quality Gate activities and support successful Quality Gate completion.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain to maintain production flow and support on-time aircraft delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, aircraft production, or Final Assembly Line (FAL).
- Experience with nonconformity management, manufacturing engineering, and cross-functional coordination.
- SAP knowledge and experience with manufacturing documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support 1st or 2nd shift as needed.
