Nature Of Duties
- Perform scheduled machine inspections, lubrication, and part replacements based on manufacturer guidelines or CMMS schedules.
- Diagnose root causes of equipment failures using diagnostic tools and repair is a plus or the ability to learn.
- Working knowledge of in line wave and selective soldering equipment a plus or the ability to learn.
- SMT ovens process for diagnostics and performing required maintenance a plus or the ability to learn.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and perform "changeovers" or setups for different product runs.
- Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate logs of repairs, part usage, and equipment history to track Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
- Troubleshoot and monitor Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automated robotic systems is a plus or the ability to learn.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electronic, or a related technical field preferred.
- 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics equipment.
- Interpreting schematics and manuals to find the root cause.
- Relaying status updates to shift leads.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
