Manufacturing Maintenance Manager
What is the Job?
Manages the Maintenance Department.
Investigates and troubleshoots all plant equipment.
Oversees the process of procurement parts and inventory.
Schedules and executes maintenance activities for plant to maximize availability of equipment.
Determines when shutdowns are necessary and estimates downtime.
Directs repair procedures and assists in defining the extent of the problem.
Plans and prepares work and shut down schedules.
Works with key plant personnel to accomplish maintenance schedule.
Communicates with vendors and manages facility projects.
Upholds the company values through training, coaching, and counsel of personnel.
Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
- Five years+ industrial experience in engineering and management, preferred.
- Management experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
Pay:
$140,000 - $150,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Our facility operates 24 hours Monday – Friday but can operate 24/7.
This role is critical in supporting the plant, even in the off shifts, if there are upset conditions.
Flexibility in the working schedule is required.
