Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment on the production floor
• Read factory orders and follow established work procedures
• Use tools such as tape measures and gauges
• Apply shop math to manufacturing tasks
• Inspect and stack products
• Complete quality and administrative documentation
• Work alongside production teams approximately 80% of the internship
• Lead and execute a leadership-related project to present at the end of the summer
• Partner with local leaders to develop and demonstrate key leadership competencies
• Work alternative shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

Requirements

• US work authorization required
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in manufacturing, operations management, engineering, paper science, business, or leadership studies
• Graduation date between March 2028 and June 2029
• Sophomore or Junior standing
