Manufacturing Leadership-Chemical

Responsibilities

• Develop an Engaged organizational culture that is committed to operational and manufacturing excellence.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and guide resulting change programs through lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts.
• Promote a safety culture and monitor and review Environmental, Health, and Safety performance to ensure compliance and swift, corrective response to critical issues.
• Support associate personal and professional development.
• Guide the root-cause analysis for critical issues and ensure that all corrective actions are completed, sustained and yield the predicted results.
• Engage a diverse group of partners across the facility and with corporate or business leaders to ensure appropriate communications and agreement on goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, engineering, or MBA
• 10+ years of industrial operations or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Experience leading Capex projects
• Experience with the production of resins, paints, coatings, or technical films
• Six Sigma or Lean certifications

Pay

Salary range: 100-140K, depending on role.
