Manufacturing Lead Team Tech 2nd

Responsibilities

• Be able to perform all required functions of a Team Technician
• Knowledgeable in procedures and able to perform all changeovers as required
• Complete training assessments in conjunction with TS requirements
• Enforce safety regulations, providing suggestions for improvement
• Prepare and conduct informational Toolbox meetings as required by Team Leader
• Verify process records to ensure processes are running to standards
• Evaluate process rework/scrap and authorize and record disposition per established procedures
• Implements established rotation schedule
• Ensures compliance of 4S program
• Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel
