About the role

The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and managing team performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations in the manufacturing facility
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations
Manage and motivate a team of production workers
Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to resolve issues
Develop and implement training programs for new hires

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience with quality assurance and compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pass a drug screening and background check

Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
