Position: Manufacturing Laborer We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Manufacturing Laborer to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing As a Manufacturing Laborer, your role will be hands-on and essential to the production process: Assemble materials according to specifications with a focus on accuracy and detail.Use hand and power tools confidently and safely to complete tasks.Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other tools — precision matters!Assist the Shop Supervisor with daily warehouse and production tasks.Wrap and move pallets, unload trucks, check and distribute incoming materials.Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse space.Support shipping and receiving operations as needed. What You Bring to the Team A natural mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work.Experience and comfort with tools, machinery, and manual labor.Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow assembly instructions.Strong initiative and attention to detail — you take pride in doing the job right.Fluent in English or Spanish.Must be able to lift, move, stand, and bend as required in a shop setting.
