Manufacturing Inventory Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Inventory Analyst for our client on a project basis. This role is hybrid out of Charlotte, NC, or Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Perform forecasting, financial reporting, and operational accounting analysis.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, trends, variances, and underlying financial assumptions.
• Gather and validate data to determine whether manufacturing forecasts and assumptions are proving out.
• Partner with operations and finance teams to provide clear, actionable reporting.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, or similar analytical finance background.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
