ManufacturingPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real content. The posting includes: Job Description (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (Scope and Essential Duties...), Qualifications (Education and Experience, Required Skills And Competencies), Learning Opportunities (maybe could be considered Benefits? but not exactly). There's no explicit Pay, Schedule, Benefits. There's "About Us" which is company description; could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company overview, not role. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content accordingly. We have: - Intro paragraph: "The Manufacturing Intern will support day-to-day operations..." This could be under "About the role". So heading

About the role

with paragraph. - Responsibilities: we have Scope and Essential Duties... So heading

Responsibilities

with maybe a
  • list of duties. The text includes multiple sentences; we can break into list items. - Qualifications: includes Education and Experience, plus Required Skills And Competencies. Could combine under

    Qualifications

with subpoints? But we can just list as
    • items. - Skills: Could be separate heading

      Skills

but we already have Required Skills And Competencies under Qualifications. Might be redundant. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine qualifications and skills into one Qualifications section. - Learning Opportunities: could be considered Benefits? But it's not benefits like compensation; it's learning opportunities. Could be a section

      Learning Opportunities

but not in the list of allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Learning Opportunities could be placed under Benefits? Not exactly. Might be better to omit if not matching allowed headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop Learning Opportunities. So we need a section for it. The allowed headings are examples, not exclusive? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we can use other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings only. But we have Learning Opportunities which is substantive; maybe we can treat it as part of Benefits? Not accurate. Could we put it under Qualifications? Not ideal. Could we create a section

      Learning Opportunities

even though not in the list? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. ...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to include Learning Opportunities as its own h3. - About Us: company description; could be omitted? It's substantive but not about role. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." About Us is not minor metadata; it's company overview. Should we keep? It's substantive information about the employer. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. Could be placed under a heading like

      About the Company

but not in list. Could we treat as "About the role"? No. Maybe we can include as a paragraph without heading? The instruction says use h3 for section headings; but we could have a paragraph without heading if it's not a section? Might be okay. However they likely expect sections for major chunks: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. About Us could be considered "About the role"? Not really. But we could incorporate it into About the role paragraph? Might be stretching. Better to follow typical job posting structure: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Learning Opportunities could be under Benefits. About Us could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not boilerplate; it's company mission statement. Might be considered "About Us" which is often included but could be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. About Us is not those. So we should keep. Thus we will output:

If you need an accommodation because of a disability to complete an online application, please contact the Avient HR Team by emailing, ApplicationAccommodation@Avient.com .

We must not include application instructions? The last sentence about accommodation is arguably application instruction? It's about accommodation for disability; could be considered part of EEO. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. That paragraph includes EEO statement and accommodation request. That's boilerplate. So we should remove that EEO boilerplate. Also the earlier sentences about purpose, innovation, etc. are not boilerplate; they are company description. We should keep the company description but strip the EEO and accommodation lines. Thus we need to edit the About Us paragraph to exclude the EEO and accommodation lines. Let's extract the substantive company description: "Our purpose at Avient Corporation is to be an innovator of materials solutions that help our customers succeed, while enabling a sustainable world. Innovation goes far beyond materials science; it’s powered by the passion, creativity, and diverse expertise of 9,000 professionals worldwide. The EEO sentence starts: "In support of this, we stress equality of opportunity..." That's EEO. So we cut
