About the role
Crane Company delivers innovative and technology-led solutions to its customers. The Manufacturing Engineering department helps improve how products are made, focusing on making processes safer, more efficient, and more productive while supporting daily manufacturing operations. This role is based at Crane CP&E’s Cincinnati, OH location (also referred to as XOMOX).
Responsibilities
- Assist with manufacturing improvement projects.
- Support process and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with sustaining and quality teams on projects.
- Observe manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage projects effectively while coordinating work amongst multiple teams.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technologies.
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
