Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of new temporary workers
- Retrain current employees
- Cross train employees
- Work with multiple individuals possessing different skill levels
- Use strong interpersonal skills
- Maintain a professional demeanor
- Help with troubleshooting
- Provide objective student evaluations during the training period
- Encourage participants to learn from themselves and the class
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Possess applicable wiring experience
- Have all applicable knowledge and competencies for skilled, experienced wiring
- Have no more than 3 points with no written policy infractions
- Be in your role as a FTE of Schneider Electric for at least 6 months
- Have "Good/Superior" Quality with no more than 3 defects listed in Gainseeker per quarter
- Be willing to bring your personal tool cart to the interview and explain your 5s
