Manufacturing Equipment Technician

The Role

The Equipment Technician will repair and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Incidental and scheduled repairs
• Preventative maintenance
• Auxiliary support for Manufacturing Engineers with continuous improvement projects
• Development, modification, and fabrication of components and devices for production equipment
• System fault troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
• Equipment or process repair and requalification
• Auditing equipment records for proper prints, backing up stock, and developing manual and troubleshooting instructions

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting equipment
• Problem-solving skills
• Team collaboration
• Use of hand and power tools

Required education and experience: - A 2-year degree in Electrical Technology, HVAC, or equivalent degree - 1-2 years of experience

Benefits

• Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in the first year plus 8 paid holidays
• Starting wage range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour depending on experience
