Manufacturing Equipment Engineer

Role: Lead, develop, and implement innovative technical solutions in manufacturing to achieve safety, environmental, quality, delivery, cost, and morale targets. Responsibilities Gain comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes from mechanical, electrical, and controls perspectives.Provide leadership and foster honest, fair communication with team members.Manage equipment downtime, quality, safety, and efficiency to meet KPIs.Design concepts and solutions aligned with business plans and project requirements.Support technical training and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and optimize processes.Ensure safety standards meet OSHA and company guidelines. Qualifications & Skills BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields.8+ years of relevant experience.Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.High technical manufacturing knowledge.
