Manufacturing Equipment Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and develop innovative technical activities supporting company/department goals, including new models and mass production. Provide leadership in manufacturing processes from mechanical, electrical, and controls perspectives to meet safety, quality, environmental, delivery, cost, and morale targets (SEQDCM). Design equipment solutions, manage budgets, and support quality activities to ensure seamless production. Lead technical training, continuous improvement initiatives, and safety standards to optimize efficiency and maintain high safety levels.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. 8+ years of relevant experience with strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. High technical manufacturing knowledge and experience in equipment and process optimization.
