Manufacturing Equip Maint Technician

About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual who will perform preventative maintenance and maintenance tasks for Electronic Production Assembly at our Huntsville, AL facility.
Responsibilities
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble manufacturing equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
- Monitor, plan and execute all preventative maintenance and tasks for production equipment.
- Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
- Adjust and troubleshoot Production Equipment as needed.
- Conveyor/PCB loader repair.
- Wave Solder repair.
- PCB de-stacker adjustments and repair.
- Feeder repair.
- Production floor support.
These are the primary duties of the position; however, the qualified applicant may be asked to perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor for production necessity.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma is required; two-year technical degree preferred.
- 8+ years of Technician experience.
- Working knowledge of Fuji, Siemens chip shooters and Reflow ovens.
- High level of mechanical aptitude and Hi-tech maintenance background.
- Ability to read Blueprints and Schematics.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Good problem solving ability and be a team player.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
