Manufacturing - Entry Level Labor Pool - 2026

About the role

We are seeking entry-level production team members to join our mission of sustaining forests and renewing ecosystems. You will help produce a variety of paper products including opaques, colors, and premium copy and printer grades.

Responsibilities

• Meet our teams and gain training during the first several weeks of employment.
• Learn the processes and orient to equipment.
• Potential to earn more within the first 6 months!
• Opportunities to make higher rates as you train and qualify.
• Work any shift and a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to operate or work in industrial conditions (warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, elevated working surfaces).
• Easy commute from Elizabethtown, Middlebury, Whitehall, Fair Haven, Poultney, Granville areas.

Pay
