About the role

Support electronics manufacturing by maintaining and improving production test equipment, fixtures, calibration processes, and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electronic test fixtures and tools.
  • Validate and analyze equipment failures, support process improvements, and maintain documentation.
  • Mentor technicians and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain and develop manufacturing tools, fixtures, and systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Ensure manufacturing quality through documentation and testing.
  • Provide mentorship and training of team members.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Electrical or Electronics Technology (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with electronic test equipment, manufacturing fixtures, and PCBAs.
  • Knowledge of PCB assembly processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LabVIEW, test systems, DOE, FMEA.
  • Familiarity with quality standards like IPC and ISO.
