Manufacturing Engineering Technician
The Impact You'll Make
Maintain and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment, including PCB production lines, to maximize uptime and performance
Perform preventive maintenance, calibration support, and CMMS documentation to ensure reliable operations
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings
Support automation systems, including Siemens PLC troubleshooting and robotic equipment (e.g., Kuka/Festo)
Contribute to continuous improvement and root cause analysis, while supporting equipment upgrades, rebuilds, and contractor activities
What We're Looking For
- Education & experience: Associate’s degree in engineering or related field, plus experience in manufacturing maintenance or a similar technical role
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in PLCs, robotics, and automated equipment
- Manufacturing knowledge: Familiarity with PCB processes, conveyors, and potting/dispensing systems is highly valued
- Work style: Self-starter who can multitask, solve problems, and collaborate effectively within a team environment

Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000- $72,500 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
